Over time Prime Facades have seen a desire by both Contractors and Developers to limit the numbers of packages and therefore Sub Contractors on site which has led to an increasing number of packages being let as full Facades. However, most projects that we secure are “Punched Hole Window” installations with an element of Curtain Walling that would otherwise have to be let separately.

Having identified this gap in the market Prime Facades have developed a fulfilment strategy that allows our Clients to place both packages with Prime Facades. Working closely only with Tier 1 Schüco & Reynaers fabricators and designers, we are now able to offer a full Design and Supply service across the world.

Manufacturing & Shipping
We monitor production activities using a sophisticated Manufacturing Execution System. This gives us total quality control and real-time inspection of the whole process. Additionally, all our production activities are 100% compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 international standards.
We follow strict guidelines when we pack and ship your products. We use bubble wraps, protective tapes, carton boards, wooden cases (ISPM-15 requirements of IPPC/FAO compliant), and special belts to ensure the best protection and stability during transfer. If needed, we are flexible to follow special packaging requirements.
