  • What kind of products do you manufacture?​
    We manufacture or supply windows, doors, facades, and internal partitions for residential and commercial buildings.
  • What are your products made of?
    We specialize in two types of materials: aluminum, steel. We offer a plethora of profiles and styles to choose from for all our windows and doors. Our raw materials and profiles are supplied by world-renowned suppliers located in Europe. These include Reynaers Aluminium, Schüco, Elvial, Alumil and others. All our suppliers have set strict sustainability guidelines and actively follow protocols that aim to protect the environment.
  • Where are your products manufactured?
    We manufacture our products in our own facilities or subcontract to other European top manufacturers. Our 62.000 sq. ft factory is specialized in the production of aluminum windows, doors, and curtain wall systems. A 2000 sq. ft factory specialized in the production of custom-made Insulated Glass Units.
  • What kind of projects do you undertake?
    We undertake residential and commercial fenestration projects. Our organized facilities and know-how make us capable to efficiently handle low, mid, and large-scale projects. We monitor all our production activities using a sophisticated Manufacturing Execution System. This gives us total quality control and real-time inspection of the whole production process.
  • Do you undertake international projects?
    We are a 100% export company and we have completed more than 100 fenestration projects in various locations across USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany and Austria.
  • What is your production lead time?
    Production lead time may vary, depending on the nature, scale, and requirements of each project. For mid-scale projects that require standard windows and doors profiles and finishes, we offer two choices: Standard Production Time: 40-50 business days (Monday to Friday) Express Production Time: 30-40 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Do you ship products internationally?
    All our products are shipped internationally. We have established a dedicated export team to support you during the whole shipping process.

    Delivery times may vary, depending heavily on location and order type, quantity and complexity. We present you a list of estimated delivery times based on specific ports in the USA and Canada. USA Boston: 20-30 days Savannah: 25-30 days New York: 30-40 days Miami: 30-40 days Houston: 45-55 days Oakland: 40-50 days Long Beach: 60-70 days Canada Halifax: 25-30 days Toronto: 45-55 days Vancouver: 60-70 days Important Note: External and unpredictable factors may impact estimated delivery times.
  • What are your payment terms?
    Typically, we accept payment in four installments: First Installment: 50% of the total amount, due no later than three (3) days after contract signing. Second Installment: 20% of the total amount, due no later than three (3) days after the arrival of all raw materials in our factory. Third Installment: 20% of the total amount, due no later than three (3) days before shipping. Fourth Installment: 10% of the total amount, due when products are received.
